Shipping Information

All our products are imported and delivery is usually around 7 - 10 working days.

Please note that we offer at least a 6 months warranty on all imported items except for battery-related products - these have a working out the box warranty only.
If there is a local agent, then they and the international manufacturer are under no obligation to offer any warranty or other support on parallel-imported products.

We are an internet-based business, and we do Not offer C.O.D. or any other collections. Our warehouse facilities do not allow collections and certain items are shipped to you directly from our various international depots.

All Courier Guy deliveries are to door or locker and are not insured. Ownership of any purchase transfers immediately to you as soon as it is with the couriers. If the shipment gets lost, any claims must be submitted to your household insurance.

We do not ship with any Post Office or Postnet service.
If you are on a farm or a remote location, you will need to supply a physical delivery address in the closest town to you or you can collect from the nearest Courier Guy depot/locker to your location.

Returns and Cancellations

You may return an order for any standard unopened item within 7 days of delivery. Special request orders can not be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.
Special requests are items that are not on our websites and are sourced for you on your request.

 All cancelled and returned orders within 7 days and in the original unopened condition will have a restocking fee of 10% of the total price.

Items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will be accepted upon consideration on a case by case review only, but must be in the original packaging and unopened and will have a restocking fee of up to 20%. Under no circumstances will we accept items for return after 30 days from delivery.

We do not accept cancellations due to delivery delays caused by courier delays, customs, weather and other reasons beyond our control.
We will accept cancellations if the item is not in stock at the supplier at the time of order.
Any returns must be in the original sealed and an unopened box.
Any opened boxes or items that appear to have been used will not be accepted for returns.

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and inform the courier that you will not sign for the delivery. Please contact us immediately if this happens. Do not sign or accept parcels that appear to be damaged. Please take photos of the damaged parcel.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refund will usually be in the form of store credit or back to the original form of payment. EFT refunds can take about 2 weeks to process.

Warranty Repairs: Please contact us if you have a warranty issue.  We will advise on the best course of action. Battery products do not have any warranties.
Imported items will need to be sent back to the supplier overseas for all warranty issues, and usually a replacement product is sent if the fault is determined to be due to a manufacturing reason. Products damaged due to user error/abuse will not be replaced and will be returned to you as is.

Refunds

We offer a refund on items, not in stock or available for immediate dispatch from our local or international suppliers.
If a non-battery item arrives faulty out the box or has a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we can arrange for an exchange or a refund.

We do not issue refunds on returned orders due to "buyers remorse" or "buyers mistake".
Any returned items must be in the original box and in unused condition.
